Hi, I’m Laura, the founder and creative behind Room 902. As a photographer and lifelong lover of timeless design, I’ve always believed that beautiful moments deserve an equally beautiful space to unfold. Room 902 was born from that belief.
This venue is more than four walls, it’s a setting for connection, intention, and celebration. Every detail, from the timeless finishes to the soft, romantic atmosphere, was chosen to create an experience that feels both elevated and inviting. Room 902 can accommodate gatherings of up to 99 guests, with layouts customized to suit the size and style of your event.

Tables, Chairs & Linens
Standard rentals include access to our in-house tables, chairs, and linens.
For larger gatherings or events requiring additional linens or styling elements, a laundering fee may apply. This ensures every event begins with freshly prepared pieces and a polished presentation.
Food, Beverage & Catering
Clients are welcome to bring in licensed caterers or food providers of their choosing. Outside food and beverage options allow for flexibility while ensuring your event reflects your personal taste and vision.
Alcohol service must comply with local regulations and venue guidelines. Details will be discussed during the booking process to ensure a smooth experience.
Timing & Access
Rental time includes event setup, guest arrival, and breakdown within the reserved window. We encourage thoughtful planning to ensure your celebration flows comfortably within your rental period.
Extended rentals and additional access time may be available upon request.
Music & Atmosphere
Room 902 is designed to feel intimate and inviting. Background music, curated playlists, and appropriate amplification are welcome, provided sound levels remain respectful of the space and surrounding area.
Live music or DJs may be accommodated with prior approval.

My husband, Kyle, has been instrumental in bringing this space to life, offering both financial support and countless hours of hands-on work that often go unseen.
